David A. Myers

David A. Myers has been practicing law in northern Ohio for more than 25 years, and he heads the firm’s Lorain County office.  His professional and civic activities have always been devoted to those who face special obstacles or challenges in their lives.   Early in his career David served the community by chairing boards devoted to equal opportunity (Lorain County Urban League) and to protecting abused, neglected and dependent children (Lorain County Children Services).

David graduated from John Carroll University, A.B., magna cum laude, in 1970 and received his law degree from Catholic University of America in 1973.  He has been licensed to practice in Ohio since 1973, and before the United States Supreme Court since 1980.  In 1997 he became a Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (certification by the National Elder Law Foundation).  In that field, David has been selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers in 2008 for the third time and in Best Lawyers in America®* annually since 2006.
