Elena A. Lidrbauch
Elena A. Lidrbauch, J.D., M.Ed., began her
professional career as a rehabilitation counselor, helping persons with
disabilities become employed. She later became a program manager of
residential, employment and partial hospitalization services at the West
Side Community Mental Health Center. After spending 12 years working in
the community mental health system, Ms. Lidrbauch returned to school to
earn her law degree. She pursued employment with Hickman & Lowder
because of its reputation as a law firm that defends the rights of
persons with disabilities and the elderly. As an attorney, Ms. Lidrbauch
is able to continue to work on behalf of persons with disabilities. She
focuses her practice in the areas of public and private agency
representation, employment law, and guardianship. Her practice has
expanded to include establishment of qualified settlement funds and
Medicare set aside arrangements. Ms. Lidrbauch has a M.Ed. in
Rehabilitation Counseling from Kent State University and a J.D. from the
University of Akron School of Law. She is a member of the Cleveland,
Cuyahoga County, Ohio and American Bar Associations, and a member of the
