Elena A. Lidrbauch

Elena A. Lidrbauch, J.D., M.Ed., began her professional career as a rehabilitation counselor, helping persons with disabilities become employed. She later became a program manager of residential, employment and partial hospitalization services at the West Side Community Mental Health Center. After spending 12 years working in the community mental health system, Ms. Lidrbauch returned to school to earn her law degree. She pursued employment with Hickman & Lowder because of its reputation as a law firm that defends the rights of persons with disabilities and the elderly. As an attorney, Ms. Lidrbauch is able to continue to work on behalf of persons with disabilities. She focuses her practice in the areas of public and private agency representation, employment law, and guardianship. Her practice has expanded to include establishment of qualified settlement funds and Medicare set aside arrangements. Ms. Lidrbauch has a M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Kent State University and a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. She is a member of the Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio and American Bar Associations, and a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals.
