Mary B. McKee
Mary Bresnicky McKee focuses her practice on
Social Security Disability law and special needs trusts.
Mary graduated from Yale University magna cum
laude in 1982 and from Notre Dame Law School in 1985, where she was
a Legal Aid intern with the Older Adult Impact Project in South
Bend, Indiana. Mary's 20+ years of legal experience include
working for a Social Security Disability and personal injury firm in
Philadelphia and serving as a staff attorney with the Massachusetts
Department of Insurance in Boston. She then worked with the General
Counsel of OSHRC, the federal occupational safety and health (OSHA)
review commission in Washington, D.C., before returning to her
native Ohio to represent SSD/SSI claimants and their families.
Mary belongs to the Cleveland Bar Association
and the Lorain County Bar Association, as well as to the
National Organization of Social
Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).
Mary, who resides in Lorain County, has a child
with Down syndrome.
