houseAccording to RealtyTrac, 2.8 million households were threatened with foreclosure in 2009.  That figure is expected to increase to 3 million in 2010.  Empowering and Strengthening Ohio’s People (ESOP), a HUD-certified, foreclosure prevention housing counseling agency, offers foreclosure prevention and mortgage modification services free of charge for Ohio residents.  ESOP has helped more than 10,400 homeowners with an 83% success rate since 2000.  Their next orientation sessions are on 4/28/10 in Lakewood and Bedford.  To make a reservation, or for more information, please call 216-361-0718.
