The Department of Health and Human Services will soon start sending one-time only $250 rebate checks to Medicare participants who enter the coverage gap in the Part D prescription drug benefit in 2010. These checks will be automatically generated. If you are contacted by someone requesting your personal information, please do not share it and contact 800-MEDICARE to report the request.
