When working for adults with disabilities and children with special needs, knowledge of the smallest details and important resources can have a big impact on a client’s well-being.
Our attorneys understand Ohio social services agencies, how they function, and their rules and regulations.
The Next Chapter
After starting my 51st year as an attorney, it is time to step back and let the next generation carry the torch. As of February 1, 2024, I will retire from active practice but will continue to be Of Counsel with Hickman, Lowder, Lidrbauch & Welch Co. L.P.A. I will be available for consultation on cases and will work on special projects as needed.
The time is certainly ripe to engage in the transition. The staff at the Firm is first-rate and the leadership is well-prepared to take on the challenges of managing a busy practice. The new role as Of Counsel will allow me to maintain at least some contact with the dedicated folks who have demonstrated a commitment to the values and standards that define the Firm, but I will miss the pleasure of daily interactions.
