Noreen Lucic, MSW, LISW

Noreen is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who assists clients with Medicaid applications, appeals, and waivers as well as special needs estate planning including trust administration, asset, and benefit protection. She received her B.A. from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio and her M.S.W. from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. Before coming to Hickman Lowder, Noreen was a social worker in a hospice care setting.

Noreen has a passion for helping individuals with special needs. As a parent of two young children, one of whom has medically complex needs, she advocates for unpaid family caregivers and children with disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Cleveland Metroparks with her family, growing flowers, and seeing live music.
