Independence, OH (October 30, 2024) – Hickman Lowder Lidrbauch & Welch Co., L.P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Riley A. Williams has joined the firm in our new Independence, Ohio office.  She will concentrate her practice on special needs estate planning and asset protection as well as Elder Law, including Medicaid planning.

“I was drawn to Hickman Lowder because we help vulnerable classes of people who are often neglected and need help the most.  I have really enjoyed working with the attorneys and seeing the close personal relationships they have created with their clients.  They have watched kids and families grow over time, which I think sets the firm apart from others, and I am eager to build these ongoing, lasting connections with my own clients,” says Riley.

Riley has been a dedicated law clerk at Hickman Lowder since April 2023, with a specialized focus on special needs estate planning.  Drawing from a unique background in caregiving, Riley brings a compassionate and understanding perspective to her work, having worked closely with children and families with both behavioral and academic challenges.  This experience drives her commitment to helping families to collaboratively design comprehensive plans that protect their loved ones and ensure financial stability.  At Hickman Lowder, Riley is passionate about empowering clients to make informed choices for a well-protected, secure future.
